The entire apartment was renovated at the end of 2019 (floor, wall, bathroom, acoustic front door, electricity, double-glazed windows, etc.). The kitchen, the 3 bedrooms and the living room each have a section of glass wall which makes the apartment very bright (East exposure in the bedrooms and West exposure in the kitchen and living room). The surrounding environment is very calm: the rooms overlook a park and the kitchen and living room overlook a pedestrian street.
