Very well insulated, no neighborhood noise.
The park which is 3 min walk away is magnificent, on the edge of the vilaine. Many shops 100 meters away: an organic store, a pharmacy, a restaurant bar, a cheese maker, a wine merchant, a bookstore.
Also the FAC DE BEAULIEU at 1.4 km.
