Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer, television, piano, and wood-burning stove. 5min from the train station by car/10min by bike, very close to the port of Biganos, banks of the Leyre, wooded paths, many sports/cultural associations. All shops nearby including the Biganos shopping area (Auchan, So Bio, Lidl, clothing stores, sports, IT...). Roommates: Dominique, 63, former national education nurse, originally from Lot-et-Garonne, whose accent she kept! Very nice lady, a fan of outdoor walks, gardening, also enjoying painting, drawing or a little Netflix movie from time to time. And Oscar, adorable labrador. Looking in priority for a woman (high school student, student, trainee or seasonal teacher).
